THE COURSE
The Applied Practical Leadership Course (APLC) is a custom-made curriculum for ministry leaders that is made practical and applicable at their location. With multiple topics that address the top 10 leadership felt needs, participants are given practical tools to increase their potential and effectiveness as a leader.
The APLC is a 6 week intensive course with dedicated staff and seasoned elders who are committed to the growth of the participants. The course provides an affirming and empowering environment, as well as ongoing mentoring/coaching relationships which help to increase the confidence of the leader.
